If you are not completely satisfied with a Yibenbuy.com purchase for any reason, please read through the following returns & exchanges policy.
- If the Goods are Faulty
If you think that there is a fault (damaged, expired) with an item you have received, please contact our Customer Service within 7 days of the delivery date (Late will not be accepted). Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a clear image of the fault items (Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods). Return shipping fee will be covered by Yibenbuy.
- If for Any Personal Reason
If for any person reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the unused/ unopened/ undamaged portion for refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date (Notice that late will not be accepted).Please make sure the product is in new condition with all of the original packaging and accessories. You will need to pay the shipping fee for the return.
- Beauty Products & Skincare Products
Exchanges or returns are not accepted due to allergy reaction, please do skin test before putting on the beauty products. Exchange or return is only allowed with original package, unopened and undamaged. We are unable to cover shipping fee unless it is a fault item.
You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed. It takes up to 5-7days to process the return and credit your account.
NOTE: Your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction.
HOW TO RETURN
- STEP 1: Send Application to Yibenbuy
A return request must be submitted within 7 business days upon receipt of shipment for faults, and 30 business days upon receipt of shipment for personal reasons. Customers are required to send clear images of the item(s) / merchandise and packages to customerservice
- STEP 2: Review by Yibenbuy
Yibenbuy Customers Service Specialist will review the return request and will notify the customer of approval or denial and instructions on how to proceed.
- STEP 3: Shipment
Please follow the instructions from Yibenbuy Customers Service Specialist and return the item(s) /merchandise
(Unused and in new condition with all of the original packaging and accessories).
NOTE: The exchange or return Label will not be covered unless the item is a fault.

If the return is due to the customer’s reason, such as the customer ordered incorrect item(s) /merchandise, or the customer wants to return for no apparent reason, the customer shall be responsible for the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to Yibenbuy.com’s reason, such as we shipped the incorrect item(s) / merchandise or the item(s) / merchandise was damaged upon arrival, etestore.com will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
- STEP 4: Refund
Yibenbuy Customers Service Specialist will inspect and process the customer’s return when the package is received. Your return will be processed within 5-7 business days.
